I have a question about the barriers with the turns. Since Zuko is a weaving manic, loves the weaves, do you think the poles in the ground will confuse him since it resembles weave poles? Have other dogs tried to weave them? or has it made them question the weaves when you do want them? I know they aren’t spaced the same, just was trying to think ahead. I read what you wrote about using the plastic fencing, and how once you start using it, you must keep using it until his problem is solved or he will only turn tight with the fencing. Would the same rules apply to the sticks in the ground? I really want to try the pole version first. It just seems easier to deal with than the fencing.

He was trained as a puppy with all the other steps you have shown from the start, but he never caught on to the deceleration part, even if a toy is close to the wing. I’m very excited about trying to fix his turns. This is THE reason why I signed up for this. 🙂 🙂
