      Hi Polona!
I am giving the cue, but she is not confortable with the position of the jump. We have the same problem with “out”. For that reason, this time we played with those two positions of the wing. https://youtu.be/8ITsLMC6zag

She is not understanding why the seesaw game has changed ?

I really like the attitude now! I feel like she is more focused overall and is not as “moody” throughout the session. 🙂 If ever during the session you feel she is a little distracted or “low”, run away from her and hide. When she finds you, get excited and escape, so she has to chase you. Keep moving until you get to where you want to start the sequence and send her out of that motion.

I am not sure I understand what you mean by “position of the jump – if it is the fact that there is a bar to overcome, you can try very graduate trainsition. First just wing, than wing with the bar on the ground, than jump with the bar sideways (on one wing on the lowest handle and on the ground at the second wing), than bar on the lowest height on both wings,… I think she liked the continuation with rewards, so I think you will be able to “solve” the “dislike” she has now. But also make sure you don’t only focus on “problems”. Let her run easy and open stuff as well, so she builds confidence and understanding that agility is FUN.

See-saw – yeah for sure she is confused now, but keep doing this game until she is really relaxed and happy to jump.

Hi Polona! I hope you had a great time in competition.
We participate on a seminar with Jan Egil and Rudolfa was focused and happy. I liked her atitude, in general. Sometimes she got hidden inside the tunel, but I did as you suggested and it was ok.
Today We did e really short session, because it is to hot?

Cool! Happy to hear and see! 🙂 She did good job on the video! At this point (she is still really young) I would try helping her some more as a handler. Especially in the beginning – get yourself in really clear position and start running like you are in a race for your life :D, so she knows to take it seriously. If you send her somwhere in a sloppy way and she makes a mistake, her next start will not be as “explosive” as it could be, because the mistake took some of the “fire” away. So when I start the training I do my very best in handling to give the dog boost and confidence, and than you can gradually upgrade the difficulty. So on the first video I would be closer to her and make a few steps in direction of the tunnel. You can also help her with that “out” some more first and than gradually less and less.

                Hi Polona.
I was trying to help on the “out”, but than I Loose the timming to next jump and Rudolfa got confused. I tried with two cues… “go on” and “ turn”.
I am struggling with food… she needs her time to eat, otherwise, sometimes when Rudolfa is running, food comes out of her mouth and she stops to eat it…. So, if the idea is to throw food and make her run to the starting point, I don’t know how to solve this…
