Thanks! Good questions, which I will try to answer:

Q: When training agility, how do you typically reward her? Is the reward coming from you or are you using static rewards as well?
A: I reward her both with a placed static toy, a food machine, tugging with me, and throwing balls or toys at the obstacle or in her line. Sometimes she “steels” the ball, so I mostly throw tug toys (or balls with a rope). But I should probably also work more on here retrieve.

Q: Do you typically train alone or do you have someone there?
A: I mostly train with other people. But in my garden I train alone, where she mostly is calm and seldom spins.

Q: I believe that the “road” to success is not so much about how to react when it already happens
A: That is interesting. Will you please explain why? Will you also collaborate different options of reaction you think will be appropriate.

Q: I don’t know how your trainings are designed, but I often notice that handlers break down sequences in trainings and when they have to run the full fast course on trials, it is not just different for the dog, but also for the handler – keeping concentration and being placed where you need to be placed.
A: You are wright – we mostly train with 7 or less obstacle. I has long wanted to train more obstacle (or a whole course) but it is often difficult because the set training course is to difficult to manage in a smooth way (we fail to early). Also we have a smaller area in the winter – but for 14 days we luckily moved outside – making it easer to train competition-like. I will for sure train more “easy” courses with Caras typical problems after speed.

I have done foundation games with three jumps and a straight tunnel with a static toy and throwing a toy to the jump. I will do more of those, and try to vary my movement and position. And I will also do the set-up in the crazy balls – brainac.

How do you prefer videos? Can I upload her, share a folder, or do you need a link to YouTube?

PS: Cara both loves to tug, balls and food rewards.
