          Hello!

Selene is very careful for everything. In the jumps in a straight line she is very careful not to touch it and that makes her go slower. generally in training is always that careful and yesterday with rain that slipped once or twice more.
Do you design a route to make it run more? does it with the bars at 50cm? I do not understand when you say attract out of the curves. I usually give turn order and I’m running.
I’m going to see how I try to bring more toys … ?
We do not usually play with balls, she likes to stretch the toy and with the balls we do not know how to play.

            Hi, Polona!

Today I was able to train a little but I had to stop because of the rain. We have worked a sequence in 3 jump heights.
I hope I can do a little more on Thursday. Thanks!

the stretches of before and after training if I do them.
cavalleti stop doing it because selene is very nervous and I did not know how to do it well, and in the end it was like a game of bowling ??????.
I take note of your advice, ??? thank you.
I will try for the end of the week to work the advanced routes to different heights and to record it.

                thank you very much !

I work with flexibility before now I start to work with force. with a small pool that you see in the video and a series of sprints together. she is not very strong weighs 12.8 kg.

Can you advise me on some exercises?

With my work more things, I do not have the time to train everything that should be trained. so I go week to week planning according to my free time.

We are going to do the advanced sequences with the sticks at 30, 40 and 60cm and we see the difference and if we have to work more the turns.
                    what do you think?

selene measures 48/49 cm I always work very well with sticks in 30 / 40cm once we climb to 50 / 60cm it is harder to turn but also it is harder to stretch to jump straight. has been competing for 6 months at 60cm and still lacks confidence in everything

                      Hello Polona,

yesterday I was doing some exercises of the first lesson.

                      what do you think?

with food it costs me because I’m not very good with the clicker and I get nervous fast

                      Thanks !!
